I also had a nice day, maybe did not sell much but met some forum members old and new, that always make the long journey worth while. Unfortunately I seem to have brought more home than what I sold, roll on the NVCF.
Also a big thank you to all those that help make this event such a success.

And there's an opportunity to take home even more stuff!

Another good Golborne and after selling on the bring and buy took home less than I brought. Result!
Many thanks to all the hard working organisers for making it a good day out and especially to Dave Moll for putting up with my late-entries on the bring and buy and finding space for my goodies.

Roll on the NVCF..... just 5 weeks away.

Peter

Another great day out at Golborne for me. A chance to catch up with old friends and make a few new ones.

Thanks to Keith for the lecture, looking forward to reading the notes when they appear on the forum.

Thanks to all the organisers for their hard work.

Hope to see you all in November.

And here are the notes for the talk.

As I mentioned in an earlier post this was the last regular talk but I hope at some point to do a further talk. I have an idea for one which has received a favourable response to people I've mentioned it to. So watch this space.

I'm sorry my visit was a bit short as i was double booked with a bike club meeting just up the road in Leyland.
Very pleased my bit of scrap fetched a fiver for the museum, made the detour well worthwhile.
I went away with a few valves for restorations, and a cosmetically tired but fully functional Quad 405-2 which I shall enjoy refurbishing and listening to.
Good chats with a few members too.

We were a little delayed due to a local traffic jam but glad we made it, and thanks Keith for an interesting and informative talk as ever.
