Default Ready Radio Ltd Meteor III

I Have the full size instructions and what looks to be an incomplete collection of parts from a disassembled Meteor III kit. It came with some other bits I bought years ago. The valves look unused and are boxed, all work but the DL2 tests Low.
Just wondered what the history was as no dates on anything and if anyone has one of these sets working, plus what to do with it!!!!

Hi Pete, Kendall produced a series of set designs in little booklets in the mid/ late 20's. They were very similar to many contemporary designs and most work quite well.
The key as ever was the coil and yours looks to be a reasonable one.
Have a go at building it and I think you should be pleased with the results .
You may find the DL2 works quite well as they only operate at low currents
