Default Marconi 4238 with DC432 Tape Deck

Hi!

Just a quickie one!

Would this machine be a good candidate for trying out the PW Stereo Tape Recorder Circuits from Jan/Feb 1971 on?

The original design called up Marriott X/RPS1 R/P and X/ES11 heads if I remember correctly!

Transistorised Thorn R-to-R machines seem to be going for prices that give me a heart-attack!
