Default 5E4 diode spec

Hello All

Does anyone know the spec of the 5E4 diode, which I believe was used in some Advance test gear, and maybe in some AVOs?

Is it silicon or germanium?

best regards ... Stef

EDIT: The sign of the cross means PIV rating, sign meanings etc are at the end of the book.
