Maplin CW Filter
Hi All
I've been given a Maplin CW filter Kit but no documentation does anyone have a copy of the instructions as I cannot find anything on the NET. Tannebri |

Can you offer some more info about what this kit consists of? I recall Maplin producing an audio processor originally shown in use on the phones output of an Eddystone receiver, but it wasn't described or limited to use as a CW filter.

If you have a maplin part number (usually two letters, two numbers then two more letters), or a date marked on the project, I can probably find the appropriate article in 'Electronics', as I have an electronic library of them

I'd guess it was an audio filter as anything else would need to be specific to the intermediate frequency of a particular radio.
Is it active or passive? A photo would help a lot. David

The kit number is LU13P I should have written that in the last post. All I have is a PCB and a bag of bits minus the IC. I suspect it is a Active band pass filter.
