Default Vintage Radio DVD-ROM

Hi
Can anybody tell me how to get this DVD to work on my laptop!
Up until a few weeks ago it was working ok, but now only the start page loads and when you try to select a radio type nothing happens.
My laptop is running the latest update of WIN10 and Adobe reader dc.

Any help appreciated.

If the disc is faulty see the Life Time Warranty on the support page, it can be replaced for a modest handling fee.

https://www.service-data.com/page.php/support

On the same support page it suggests taking a backup or working copy of the disk, it’s much easier if the files are on the hard drive rather than keep using the DVD.

Hi
Thanks for the reply's.
The disc is ok and I have had it installed on the hard drive for a couple of years and it worked fine. It is only recently that it stopped working (hard drive & DVD).

Regards

This sounds like an update has disabled the option to open local files. The solution is here https://www.service-data.com/page.php/support.

Do you mean that you can open the index but it no longer links to the individual sheets when you click on them?

ISTR Paul has mentioned this in the recent past.
