Default Musical Fidelity B1 - Trouble

Hi,
I have a B1 that is giving me some trouble.
I always have a continuous output voltage on the loud speakers on both channels.
The voltage is also present by removing all the 2N3055.
I would need the correct supply voltages detected at the important points of the circuit.
In particular on E-B-C of T15 - T16 - T17 - T18.

Can someone help me?

Thank you
