Vintage Pots
Just be informed that vintage pots etc are available from www.blore-ed.com.
I’ve never heard of or used this firm before and don’t know any thing about them, just thought members would like to know. Cheers John |

Re: Vintage Pots
The name has cropped up on here from time to time- worth looking at their website. They do a good range of standard size pots in single or dual gang up to 10 meg. They will also make bespoke pots to order which could be really useful.
I've never had occasion to use them but its nice to know the facility exists to have a pot made! All the best Nick |

Re: Vintage Pots
That's useful to know about their website and thanks.
Their carbon pots appear to be just like the old AB series frequently used in consumer equipment in the 1970s. Even the solder ring tags look identical. Perhaps Blore bought the tooling from AB. What I liked about the AB series of pots is they can easily be stripped down for servicing and even faulty pots yield spares to repair others. They stock a good range of rotary switches too.
