PCBWAY or JLCPCB, both in China but had good service from both companies and usually have a new customer discount. The costs are reasonable and worth ordering more than you need as the price difference isn’t much for higher quantities. Depending on how urgently you need them you can always go for slower shipping to save some money.

The two cheapest and most popular Chinese companies are probably JLCpcb.com & PCBway.com, both do very cheap deals for low numbers of small boards. I'd have no hesitation in recommending JLCpcb, and have used them twice without problem.

I think there's only one show in town - JLCPCB

You can send them your Gerber files for an instant quote.

I'm nonplussed why they are prepared to deal with low volume hobbyists, given that they have 6,000 employees, 5.4 million customers, and produce 14.5 mill PCBs a year, but it's to our good fortune that they do so. Several forum members use JLCPCB for batch production of PCBs for projects which have, and continue to be offered to forum members. I was gifted one for the Minimod - really top notch:

This puts into perspective the scale of operation:

Hope that helps.

I've not used JLCPCB myself - I'm in a rut as deep as a grave, and inept at using Kicad etc, but reasonably adept at designing my own PCBs using 'Paint' so can't create Gerber files. Hence, I bimble along with a UV box and positive UV dry film. All rather antediluvian nowadays, a bit like me.

I've had several PCBs made by JLCPCB this year, and still find it hard to believe they can offer such high quality boards for such a low price. Shipping does usually cost more than the boards but you can trade off delivery time vs. cost there.

I've also used them for front panels using the aluminium base material rather than FR4. Holes are cut accurately and e.g. black lettering on a white background or the other way round makes for a professional look!

Jlcpcb is cheaper than pcbway. I've used them both.

. . .Best of all their photoplotting machines can handle T.T.F. silkscreen (translated to gerber files) so if you want to make PCBs with a particular style of lettering, such as the British Drawing Lettering I shared or "Microgramma" that Elektor used up until the early 1990s you can!

. . .I use "Easy PC" to make my boards but Kicad will now let you use a T.T.F. for the silkscreen text!

PCBway have a great archive of other people's shared Gerber files from their own projects you can sometimes download. Worth a browse

Another vote for JLCPCB I have used them for many projects. I have also used Seeed Studio https://www.seeedstudio.com/fusion_pcb.html which are just as good but by no means as fast in terms production and delivery.
