That must be one of their lower frequency instruments. For measurements up to VHF they had their 'RX Meter' as well as the famous Q meter. Boonton stuff of that period was very well designed and very well made. There will be a lot of them about in the US, but few over here. For a period some HP instruments were Boonton designs and there was some relationship, though I don't know what it was. Latterly, Boonton and HP/Agilent have been competitors with things like pulse-reading RF power meters, so whatever relationship seems to be off.
