Default Ohm alone ! dac90a output ?

hi , what voltage should be going to the dial lamps please .
my shows 2.5v ?

They're 3.5V 150mA bulbs. But they are rather under-run. I would not be at all surprised if a meter shows 2.5V.

They are also fed a mixture of AC and DC. Some meters get confused by this!
