I'm still hopeful that I can source some original knobs or suitable alternatives - surely there are many Forum members with boxes of old knobs kicking about their workshops?
For example, this Post by Andy (yestertech):- https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...d.php?t=161474 Lots of chatter about making these items using a 3D printer but it's probably early days for such technology in this context.

The reason you're not getting any responses to your request is that these knobs are like gold dust, especially in brown. The plastic goes brittle and the bit that clips on the control shaft breaks off. I suspect most surviving MR10s don't have all 4 of their original knobs - mine doesn't.

i kneed four knobs for a 50's KB set and cant find any anywhere they have a very long shaft over 2 inches and i believe made of bakelite i have one intact so thinking of maybe getting some 3d printed maybe you could try the same if you have one to take a copy from ?
