picked this up only part of rear still left can only see 5M5 but no hits via google anyone id it please

Interesting that your panel is marked 5M5, but the one in the RM is marked M55.

Maybe they changed the model number or they had a batch of backs printed and made a mistake.

UF41, UBC41 (from RM).
That back panel is repairable using bits from others if you have them. Several how tos on the forum if you search. Looks like a case of DAC90itis!
