Default Mitsubishi Z20 vertical turntable sensor bulb.

Hi Guys, ive just bought a Mitsubishi z20 and i have a wire broken off of what i beleive to be the record location sensor. The wire is broken off so close to the glass bulb body there is no way to reattach it.... My question, does anyone have any info on this, is it just a standard bulb or is it a sensor?
