Default VOX AC30 foot switch

Hi.
I'm doing a light resto on an original 1963 Vox AC30 - the rare one with the separate head and cab. However the 'egg' foot pedal is missing its switch and I don't know if it's a momentary or latching type. Anyone know?

The (replacement) one on my 1965 is latching
