Default Bush TV22 - new set of "ultimate" labels

Hi All
Within the ongoing restoration of my Bush TV22, I felt the need to create a set of high-quality reproduction labels for the chassis. I'm sharing these as a ready to print PDF file.
The labels can be laser printed on A4 paper (white or cream, depending on your preferences) and laminated with transparent plastic film to mimic the look and feel of the originals.
The vertical lines (e.g., in the Width label) and bottom horizontal line in the Voltage Adjustment labels are probably guidelines for cutting the labels at the factory (probably from a roll) prior to glueing to the chassis. I nevertheless retained these for authenticity.
Best
Helder

Thank you very much Helder.

There have been other attempts at reproducing TV22/24 chassis labels, but the sizing had to be adjusted and they were incomplete.

You've done an excellent job!

Thanks Ian. I hope these will be useful for anyone restoring a TV22/24. One thing I didn't mention: when printing, it's important define the print scale at 100%. Although this is an obvious choice, 100% scaling is not the default printing option in several pdf viewers. When printed at 100%, it's pretty much spot on.

Hi have updated the labels, which have been fine tuned. The new and improved version is now good for 4 sets. High resolution pdf attached.
They are best printed on self-adhesive weather proof "paper" (actually a polymer), which withstands temperatures up to 80 celsius (e.g., Avery L4775-20 Extra-Strong Adhesive Heavy Duty Weatherproof Labels). The paper is not glossy, but the labels don't fade nor peal over time (I've had my TV22 on for several long periods now, and the can around the line output stage has gotten pretty hot).
The photos show the new labels with overlayed originals (or what's left of them) so you can appreciate how well they match.

Helder, thanks very much for the time you spent producing these labels.

I've almost finished my restoration, and have just fitted them. Brilliant!

Thanks again.

Pete

You're very welcome Pete! I'm glad that they're useful. It would be great to see a photo of the final result (or intermediate result, in case your restoration is still ongoing).
