Super glue and baking soda?
Most are damaged around the edge, often because people didn't understand what the massive screw in the middle of the back was for and would try to pry it off! |

The chipped edge does not look too out of place as this is quite a common problem with these sets. The heat damage to the fins could be minimized by running a fine flat file between them to give the impression of straight fins.
