Default Asbestos in Morphy Richards hair dryer ?

Hello forum.
I recently received my Morphy Richards hda2 hair dryer. This model is made in 1960. It is almost new so i just change the power cable and the inside capacitor for safety reasons, because I decided to use it in my daily routine.

Online I found research from 1975 the claims Murphy Richards didn't use asbestos in hair dryers at least in this decade.

From my first view I didn't see any asbestos inside. But I still wondering if in the heater element this transparent support material is asbestos !!!
Maybe somebody can understand what this material is?
Any advise will be really helpful to not say lifesaver.

The earlier HDA models used a solid cement type Asbestos that did not flake or deteriorate. Later models used MICA as yours appears to be so no worries. The later metal cased capacitors are very reliable. John.

Thanks for the informations John. Im was ready to throw him as more away was possible !!!! So scared im was...
The capacitor was a paper capacitor with a large amount of wax all around. After tested him he had 13% leakage so i decided to change him. The motor and the rest parts are in excellent condition.
Thanks again for the response .

That early wax capacitor was a big failure! I changed a lot of them. The earlier Asbestos heater former had a texture like concrete. John.
