Conar 683 pattern generator question
Hi,
I have recently got this nice small unit. ( rainbow pattern generator ) Yes it is an ntsc - M standard one. it only have an rf output on a vhf channel. the only set I had to hand ( pal Uk standard ) only has Uhf, so I thought I might be able to pick up a harmonic of the vhf signal. I can, but the video seems to be inverted ? so is this likely to be due to trying to resolve a harmonic of the vhf signal ?

Re: Conar 683 pattern generator question
Hi,
well after getting a small mtec at0424 B and W portable which has vhf coverage, ( but no 405 line ). the pattern generator does produce reasonable patterns. so the problem was down to trying to resolve things on the uhf band.... I will post a couple of pictures here..
