Zener diodes - VZ18M4?
Hi,
I'm looking at a circuit with three different zener diodes - VX4.7M4, VZ10M4, and VZ18M4. I can't find any data for them, can I substitute 400mW 4.7V, 10V and 18V zeners? Thanks,

I remember VZ series was 1.5W diss, so BZX61 series is close.
If the 4.7 is small, use BZY88 or BZX85 series, 400mW. |

You should be able to calculate the current drawn by the diodes in this BBC manual for the Peak Program Meter that uses those diodes.

Thanks guys. I was interested to see if there was anything particular about the VZ diodes, I can’t find a data sheet for them.
