Default Panorama Documentary on fake Distribution Boards Title?

Does anyone remember the title of this Panorama Documentary on fake MK Electrical Distribution Boards, mentioned by Member "Valve'an'Vinyl" in post 51 here?

I would be interested in seeing it again if at all possible, if only so I can avoid these sorts of things!
