Default Identity crisis

I've been offered this by a friend out in Portugal and neither of us can identify it!
Any ideas?

Not a very good picture however it looks an awful lot like a Cossor 1325 transistor tester apart from the Meter.

Can you identify the camera the picture was taken with, so I know NOT to buy one.
