I have a Pickett N531ES. Very useful in it's day, designed for electronics engineers. Trevor |

Re: The slide rule
I still have my 6" slide rule that I bought for school from John Menzies. We use to use them all the time for school work together with those log tables.
I remember buying my first decent transistor radio which was the ITT Colt which was clearly aimed at the younger market with the tuning curser looking similar to that of the slide rule curser as mentioned in the ITT's sales brochure.

Re: The slide rule
Hi Gents, we also have a nice 8" circular slide rule from a ships chief engineer that was used to calculate efficiencies from all sorts of engine temps & pressures as well as fuel used.
