Prinzsound R888
Hi Guys, I am trying to find a pic of the chassis of a Prinzsound R888 The set I have has one of the ferrite rods fallen off its holder and the fine wires have broke loose, cant see where they were soldered on.
Cheers Ray... |

Re: Prinzsound R888
This is a Hong Kong radio badged Prinzsound for Dixons. As it happens I have what appears to be the same set, but mine is badged "Taiyo Symphonette". I'll try to take some pictures later today.

Re: Prinzsound R888
Sorry, I've just checked and it's not the same, though superficially it's very similar and may have come from the same factory. Mine has band selection by push buttons, while yours appears to have a rotary knob. This means a picture of mine may not be much use to you, though I'll take some anyway if you don't get a better offer.
[Later] Quick picture attached. Let me know if you want a closeup of anything. |
