Default Does anyone know what these are for (Grundig TK23) ?

These bits came with a Grundig reel to reel tape recorder which I no longer have. They were sealed in a little bag and seem to be some sort of accessory to use with the machine. The plastic part is about 3cm across and comes with some little tubes made out of thick felt. The machine was a four track model, a TK23 I think.

It's for cleaning the tape.

Tape cleaner, perhaps. You put the felt sleeves over the pins of the plastic bit, thread the tape round them and put the ends of the pins into holes in the recorder's deck to hold. Then the tape is cleaned as it runs past the felt.
