Hi Jay, service info available for this model top right of this page for £1.99, Just be aware there is a L version, which one is yours? L possibly means Luxembourg (Band spread) But please check before ordering.

John.

There's a few servicing articles being sold by the forum owner here:

https://www.service-data.com/search....&search=Search

So may also be on the servicing disks, as well as probably originating in the old R&TV servicing books / and some ERT / Trader service sheets.

John.
Just noticed that john. As for the version its exactly the same version as in the radio museum link, MW-LW-MB which i presume is the marine band. I see from the above link its lost its bottom plate that says ''Ekco Transistor'' No big loss as it was cheap enough

Thanks ortek_service.

Cheers,
Jay.

Radio arrived today and i must say i'm very impressed with it, Super loud and sensitive, Looks all original internally, The case is in very good nick and should clean up nicely, Only thing that lets it down is the name plate is missing,

Was sold as untested, Gave a crackle when i connected power but nothing else. After working the band selector back and forth it burst into life. And believe it or not it doesn't have a dirty volume control.

All good
