Default Info required for Intercom Amplifier Type 1368 (Similar to A1134)

I've just obtained this Amplifier Type 1368, it seems pretty similar to the Type A1134.
All I can find from the Signals Museum, it was used in Gliders as an intercom.

Very interesting. I presume its pretty much the same as the A1134, but without the Transmitter microphone amplifier function. Any information at all would be most welcome

I would like to use it in my mock-up as I have three positions in it which will be wired for intercoms, when friends come and play .

Nick,
I've found a statement which says 'similar to the A.1219' Intercom Amplifier. This one is covered by document number 3320 in the VMARS archive.
Otherwise I'm struggling to find any reference to it!

I'd be interested in some higher-resolution photos if possible, please.

Andy,
I'll send you some more pictures. Where does it say similar to the A1219 as it seem more like the A1134 without the switching as it has no relay in it and has 4 transformers?

Nick, on GMB's website, admittedly with a question mark.

GMB is on here so perhaps might comment?

Hi

I have a version of AP1186 that has a section on the A1219 - it does look very similar.

Happy to let you have a copy of that if you send me your email.

I'll also dig through my other AP1186 versions - they change so much that in reality a whole set is needed to cover all the kit that was produced!

Cheers
James

Thanks James,

I'll be interested if it's any different to the VMARS manual :-

http://www.vmarsmanuals.co.uk/archiv...fier_A1219.pdf

Mine does not have the relay and as I said contains four transformers.

Thanks

Hi Nick

The documents are the same. As you have the device itself you could write your own AP!
