Default Roberts R250 "Re-Revival"

As in one of my previous posts, I bought this last Sunday from our local car boot sale, for just a fiver - as the seller said it wasn't working.
Aside from needing the switch replaced, an aerial, and a new lick of paint, there was nothing else to note.
Stripped down this morning and given its' new coat, I just need an aerial to complete it.

Nevertheless, it's one of my "Re-Revivals"

That is pretty! What paint did you use? If that hardboard insert protecting the circuit board is your idea it's a good one!

Well done.

I just used some auto paint I had around from a previous job, NATO green (Matt, although it comes out glossy).

The hardboard cover comes as standard on these sets, but is a great idea. It hides the fact that in these modern sets, there's not that much going on inside, and a whole lot of room!
