Default Bush DAC10 Speaker Rattling

I have a DAC10 which is basicly working after the usual capacitor change. When I tested all is ok except at higher volumes the speaker rattles, as if there is a faulty speaker. Fitted another, same problem. Remove the whole lot in case of cabinet rattling, still the same.

Any ideas please.

Thanks

Dodgy output transformer or tone correction capacitor?

Can you 'scope the TX primary? Beware of live chassis grounding issues!

Cap changed, I have a extension speaker which has a built in selectable output transformer. I will try that now. Yes I can scope the primary. N to live now and isolation tx in use. Thanks for the warnings

Happy result! "Measure twice ..... cut once eh"? (Always test any component as and when it's removed and re or newly installed .................).
