Golborne swapmeet 25-03-2012

Given that the Golborne event on 25th March is now approaching, I thought I would start thinking about the items I have promised to take or collect for others. No doubt others will also have items to take/collect.

I have a tape recorder for Steve_P, and a couple of telephone bits for someone, but don't seem to have a note of whose they are.
Also, I am collecting a timepiece for Mike Phelan.

I'm sure there are other items on the list, but would appreciate a reminder if anyone else is expecting me to bring or collect anything else.

Hi, I hope to attend - can I ask a couple of rudimentary questions? And apologies if I've missed the information. But wise to check this.

Can I get in by paying on the door? The flier with the Bulletin says 'Ticket Application', and there's nothing about entry on the day?

I'm planning to come up with two friends, a keen engineer and his wife who also wants to come - both non members. Said better half simply for a day out, and to see what he's getting up to. Is this ok? I realise Harpenden was one guest only and am hoping she can get in.

BVWS capacitors and Books will also be available and if you have not yet renewed your BVWS Membership or wish to become a member you can do that too!

The Fantastic array of working 405 Line TV's will also be on show with period programs running.
