No, that's fine. As long as it's obvious you are taking photos then anyone who doesn't want to be in them can get out of the way or say so. Some stall holders (telephone in particular it seems) don't like being in the photos of their own stalls.

If you get some good ones I may be interested in getting copies for the NVCF website please (suitably credited of course).

Hi all,
I thought I'd better make sure I've not forgotten anything.
So:-

Collecting Pye PE41, which GJ is bringing from DIN Plug Pete.
Collecting Rapid Electronics PSU from chriswood1900.
Collecting AVO Test Bridge(s) from TNC.

Sorry, I'm not bringing anything, it's a bit of a desert over here

I've sent everyone my Mobile numbers, but I haven't got any of yours, so I'd be grateful if you'd PM me, just in case of disaster.
If all else fails I'll be the old codger with a moustache and flat hat, keeping a firm hold on my wallet

Hacker VHF Herald and Roberts Revival for slidertogrid
Bush TR82/97 and HMV 2114 for dazzlevision
Grundig Yacht Boy 300 for ajs37
Grundig Melody Boy 500 for Reelman
5.1 speaker kit for Cre8anet

I've sent PMs to everyone, and had replies from most. If for any reason you haven't received the PM, please let me know.

Not collecting anything as yet, but with an empty car, will I be able to avoid temptation.....?

Hi all,
I knew I'd make a b***s of it. Should stop relying on memory and write things down. I can only plead they're both Pyes and GJ is mixed up with both
GJ, my appologies. You've already said you'd bring the unknown radio and valves.

Perhaps the answer is to fill the car up with items for other people.

Just to confirm:

Taking My very rough (possibly Pye) wreck and also DIN Plug Pete's Pye set for AlanBeckett. As of today they're both in my garage. The outside of Pete's set is a bit wormy but inside, as Howard Carter said, I can see wonderful things ...

Bringing back The Aerodyne set from Michael Maurice for Nickthedentist.

I'll send both Alan and Michael a PM with my mobile number. There's still space in the car for stuff to/from South Oxon.

Cheers,

GJ

Looks like a nice day for the NVCF. Maybe not the blazing sun we had last year but more than adequate.

I've got a pile of stuff ready to load. Some is FCS but most of the rest is to sell on the B&B for donations to the Vintage Wireless Museum. I must try and organise a donations box so that if folks are feeling generous they can contribute to that very good cause without even having to buy something and lug it home

Hi,

I put out a request on the Forum Courier Service (see below) pending a visit to the hospital today. Well, I took all the NHS could throw at me, and I’ve come out OK, and this means I’ll be going along on Sunday.

I’ll be picking, up the from the BB stall, the TV Circuits V75A crosshatch and dots generator from Neil F and making a donation the museum.

Regards.
Terry.

Still nothing

Hi Jeffrey,

I may need a couple of things picked-up from the NVCF (I’ll know for sure Saturday morning), these being the TV Circuits V75A crosshatch and dots generator form Neil F and a small EL84 3 Watt amplifier from a friend who has a stall at the NVCF.

I’m going into hospital on Friday 8th for just one day for some rather unpleasant tests . I’m fairly confident all will be well & hunky dory, but there is an outside chance I’ll not be able to make it on the Sunday.

Could I pick these up from the Harpenden meet on the 7th June?

I’ll reimburse any costs etc. Incurred plus a donation to the Museum .

Regards.
Terry.
