Possibly made for department store chain H. R. Stone?

Manufactured by Electric Audio Reproducers (EAR); Isleworth?

For posterity, I have attached some photos. I note that one valve type is discernibly EL84.

Civic was a chain store brand, Currys I think, so the radiogram is identified.
Civic was indeed Currys inhouse brand, this would have been a low end budget model at the time (mid 60's).

Surely "Westminster" was Curry's only house brand, wheras Civic was the house brand of the Stones Stores Group? Edward

Edward, I overlooked the fact that you had already hit on the actual brand of the radiogram itself. In fact, you should collect the prize for identifying it.

However, here: https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...2&postcount=17

... you associate Civic with H.R. Stone stores. Does that mean that both Currys and Stone used the house brand Civic?

I think Stones was taken over by Currys, at least the shop where I lived changed names from Stones to Currys.
