Default Sony SL-C5E/UB rewind problem

Hi at all.

After replace all belts on the VTR now is working.
But the rewind have this issue;

The problem are a sticky upper drum?
Need polished?

Yes, just keep cleaning it. However these drums did wear and after a few years this jittering was normal. It may well improve with use, especially as it's probably been standing for years.

I try a deep cleaning, and i run the VTR.
The VTR is the first time, after 20 years starting to use.

Another thing most important for the Jittering back tension is the rewind idler,
after replaced, now the back tension arm jittering is really very low.
