Massive thanks go to G6ONEDave for sending me some lamps.

These will help to simulate the EE Lightning aircraft warming system 'Attention Getter' flashing lamps. These lamp units are not the right type, but are close enough for a practical demonstration to the public.

Cheers, Scott

My thanks to Nigel Vinylspinner and to Ken Ambientnoise for the offers of the Powersafer automatic power switch and the polystyrene capacitors, for which Nigel kindly arranged the transport. Now I'm looking forward to evaluating the power switch

Thanks to Nigel vinylspinner for a splendid assortment of many polystyrene capacitors- I'm sure that I'm in common with quite a few here in being grateful for his taking on the task of dividing up a vast number of these components, parcelling them up and sending them out to people on the forum,

Thanks to Nigel vinylspinner from me too. I'm particularly grateful because I needed the capacitors to be posted, which probably tripled the amount of work involved.

Thanks to Nigel (vinylspinner) for the massive amount of work he has done in sorting, packing and posting all those poly caps for the benefit of forum members. Mine arrived today, a most useful selection.

I would also like to thank Nigel (vinylspinner) for the big box of capacitors that I received yesterday and think he should get a medal for the huge amount of time & effort he's spent distributing these to fellow forum members.

Another huge vote of thanks to Nigel, (Vynilspinner) for the polystyrene capacitors.
Thanks for the immense amount of work you've put in to make these available to members. & saving them from the 'electronic waste-tip' where they could so easily have ended up!

I second the medal award!

David.

Yes, huge thanks to Nigel for the work and time to sort, pack and distribute these capacitors. Also a shout out to VT Fuse (Mike) who took on the original task and request the help to sort and distribute. Great job chaps.

A special thank-you to Craig Sawyers for the Class D Wavemeter that arrived safely this week. A fitting companion to my 19 sets. Been after one for some time so thanks Craig!

Massive thanks to Nigel (vinyspinner) for the awesome selection of capacitors sent! All organised into marked bags, it must have taken him ages to sort out!

A real philanthropic gesture, massive thanks!

Cheers, Scott
