Massive thanks go to G6ONEDave for sending me some lamps.

These will help to simulate the EE Lightning aircraft warming system 'Attention Getter' flashing lamps. These lamp units are not the right type, but are close enough for a practical demonstration to the public.

My thanks to Nigel Vinylspinner and to Ken Ambientnoise for the offers of the Powersafer automatic power switch and the polystyrene capacitors, for which Nigel kindly arranged the transport. Now I'm looking forward to evaluating the power switch

Thanks to Christopher, high-vacuum-house, for the Denon CD player that I collected from RWB. Cleaned, serviced and running perfectly.

Thanks to Nigel vinylspinner for a splendid assortment of many polystyrene capacitors- I'm sure that I'm in common with quite a few here in being grateful for his taking on the task of dividing up a vast number of these components, parcelling them up and sending them out to people on the forum,

I would also like to thank Nigel (vinylspinner) for the big box of capacitors that I received yesterday and think he should get a medal for the huge amount of time & effort he's spent distributing these to fellow forum members.
