I’m sure I’ve seen that mech before. The turntable with the hole in and even the plastic housing is familiar but it’s around 15 years since I last worked on CD players and can’t recall where I saw it.
Have another look at the label or any other labels a someone may recognise the numbers on it. Try looking on Google to see if there’s any pictures.

Just got an Optima 6-7 (Matsushita) out of the drawer and it's not one of those.
But you're right - it is familiar.

There appears to be the Matsushita triangle symbol on the motor pcb, perhaps it's a Technics/Panasonic deck assy. The details on the yellow label should be of help in identification. Can't read that info on the photo though.
