Default Wander Plugs for AVO Meters.

Pleasantly surprised that some 1/8" x 3/4" brass split pins bought off the 'web will actually fit an avominor. Sellers tend not to distinguish between imp/met and sell them as 1/8"=3mm, and I was not certain they would be suitable.

Being imperial they are a snug fit in the terminals and did not need to be 'spread'. Nominally about 3.165mm so they are not compatible with the CLIX plastic plugs- they will go through the hole in the brass ferrule but the head of the split pin is too portly to squeeze down into the slots properly- and if i push it the ferrule will likely break-they are very thin! They would suffice for low voltage use, a bit of solder and heat shrink over the top perhaps. Not nickel plated- but you can't have everything.
