If you have all of the bits it's easy enough to repair using Milliput around the outside of the break to support it. I did this with the tuning knob on a Champion radio and when fitted you can't see the repair...

It is a common problem with these knobs ( BSR UA8) They do come up for sale on ebay from time to time.
I have repaired them in the past by removing the broken remains and then using Araldite to bond in a replacement boss sawn from another knob.
The ideal donor is one of the small function knobs used on BSR reel to reel tape recorder decks they fit inside perfectly.
Two points to be careful of are to fit the donor part to the deck and then locate the original knob in the correct place so you know where the flat needs to be before bonding. Also make sure the height if the repaired knob is the same as it was originally if it is too high it will foul on 12" records.
