Default Bush VHF81 dial cord

Can any one help please I have a Bush HMV81 and the tuner string has broken can any one tell me where I might get this from I would be very grateful thanks

I use a single strand out of a polypropylene cord. The orange colour may not be to your taste.

Boat/yacht chandlers will probably have whipping twine in a range of diameters and colours that would do the job.

I've been using this 1mm woven waxed cotton necklace cord for some time, which I mentioned in the link above. It's reallly storng, only costs £1.99 post free for ten Metres (buy three get one free) from a UK supplier, and comes in a range of colours.
