Default Goblin or Swan Teasmade 860

Does anyone have any idea how to increase the temperature of the water, mine is not quite hot enough

Is the water not boiling?

If it not boiling it won't transfer to the teapot.

If it is boiling it should be hot enough!

As Mike's said, do you mean it's switching to 'buzz + light on' before its boiled?

Or that steam is escaping from the kettle (lid seal?) so the water never goes ito the teapot?
