Default Pantech PAN8022 dual channel scope

This is a medium-sized 2-channel transistor scope that claims to come from a division of Carlo Davazzi. I can find no trace of the product or manufacturer on the web, let alone a manual.
The trace is glued firmly to beyond the mid left hand side of the screen and apart from EHT, there seems to be no sign of life from timebase or Y amplifiers. I could really do with a manual or circuit - does anyone recognise the brand please?

We have completed our house move to deepest Powys and have enjoyed tropical weather and hardly any rain. The locals tell us to stick around - it will come . . . I take that to mean a circuit for the Pantech 8022?
Hope someone can assist. I can add photos if needed.
Kind regards
Roger

I've heard of a Carlo Gavazzi- we had a clipon AC ammeter of that brand at work in the early '80s. No ideas otherwise though maybe try google.it ?

Could be a badge engineered Wayne Kerr or similar, post a pic or two please Roger. First job as with all these - psu voltages. Once you are satisfied that all rails are functional and close to spec before venturing further. Check these and let us know what you find.

Thanks T. Herald
I had already googled Davazzi and sent the Italian HQ site a request for info on the scope. In my experience, big companies don't usually bother to respond . . .

Do we have any Italian members who might recognise the marque maybe?

Kind regards
Roger

Thanks Maninashed -not sure what the PSU Volts should be without a manual . .
I will have a look at WK models - any thoughts on a model?
Regards
Roger.

It's Carlo Gavazzi not Davazzi. There is definitely info available to suggest that the Pantech (or Pantek) PAN 8022 was a product of theirs, though this doesn't help much with getting any useful info.....

Here's a photo - vaguely reminiscent of a Hameg? It has two input terminals bottom left that lead me to believe that it was intended for garage use as an ECU /analysis tool? This would tie in with Gavazzi's current activities.
Sorry but I couldn't open the .pdf attachment

This is a Meguro MO-1251 Oscilloscope 20 MHz.

IT's badged also as:
- Pantec PAN 8022
- Elenco MO-1251
- Brunelle 2988
maybe more

A Manual is avalible if you search for Elenco MO1251
or PM

Wunderbar! Thanks very much for the ID Peter. I have already downloaded the manual - which is very comprehensive. At first glance it might be the Horizontal output chip causing the x-deflection problem. I will report back when I know.
Thanks all!

Roger

Roger, check psu voltages first, there will probably be + and - rails, and one may be down causing that symptom.

Thanks MIAS - we're having some building work done for the next few days so I won't be able to get to it until the weekend - now that I have the manual, it should be a relatively straightforward bit of troubleshooting. If I run into problems I know where there're a bunch of experts I can turn to. What a great resource this forum is!
