Belling 412 electric fire - UK Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration Discussion Forum

I have been contacted by someone who has the above electric fire where one of the bars has failed.

He lives in Crief, Perthshire, but can easily get to Glasgow, Edinburgh or Dundee.

If there anyone who can help him, please send me a PM with your contact details.

Belling 412. Without a picture, it is almost impossible to help. Is it a convector sort of heater, with open spiral on a frame, or a bar heater wound on a solid ceramic bar, of some specific length. I have an assortment of these. wme-bill

Well I've scoured my Belling 1962 Catalogue and it's not in there - I can find a 212 and a 402 but no 412, so, as Bill says a bit more info...
