Smile Mystery vacuum cleaner.

Hi,
A friend of mine posted this picture an says that it's an Electrolux. I said that it was a Goblin, but closer scrutiny seems to point to it being a 'Jules', but has some Goblin features. To settle a discussion, did such a brand exist back in the day?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers, Pete.

I restored one of these (or one very much like it) for the Museum where I work as a volunteer, and it's a Goblin. Sorry I've not heard of Jules.

I have a vague recollection that John Lewis used that name many years ago as an 'in house' branding. The products were always made by someone else and, often with slight styling changes, a normal production item.

That's a stock image marked as a 'Hercules'

Were Jules and Hercules the precursors of Henry and Hetty?

'Jonelle' was the usual John Lewis brand.
