Default 6AR5 Valve Wanted

Looking to purchase a 6AR5 or equivalent output pentode valve.

Not many of those about. You should be able to sub a 6AQ5/EL90 with a small wiring change.

Thank you Paul, I am pretty sure I have no 6AR5 or 6AQ5 anywhere, need to double check if I have any EL90.

Hi David, I may have some EL90's if you are stuck; there might even be a 6AR5 in some recess. Give me a couple of days to look

The Lafayette KT320 used a 6AQ5 as the .audio output. I modified my KT320 to use a solid state OP stage some time ago but I still have the Matsushita 6AQ5.
Its on my desk in front of me if you are interested. It was working fine when I pulled it.
