Default Sony CFS-210L Radio/Cassette player/recorder

Hi guys
does anyone have a circuit for this? mainly the tuner. I am fixing one up for my brother. He found it in a falling down shed and it is disgustingly dirty but can be fixed up I hope? Its had battery acid leak onto tuner board. after clean up I found the print has survived but I tried removing 2 ceramic filters to clean corrosion from the legs. They fell apart. their circuit ref is CF1 and CF2. I am trying to find out what type they are and where I can get replacements?
best regards

According to the parts list the two filters appear to be identical as they both have the same part number in the manual, they are the FM IF filters and are connected in series, they'll be 10.7MHz ceramic filters.

The manual is available to download from the web.

Lawrence.

Can you recommend a safe and legit site for manual download? I found a site called "owner-manuals.com" but reluctantly did not check out after signing into PayPal and a foreign name appeared !!!

If I give a link I will probably get my knuckles rapped, for the manual I just Googled the make and model number followed by the word manual, the hit I got on Google contained the word free, no sign up was required.

Having said that if the Mods permit a link I will post one.

Lawrence.

You probably clicked on the bit that says download, ignore that....below that is the make and below that is the model number opposite Type a, click on the model number and follow the instructions.
