Default Bang and Olufsen Vintage Beomaster 900

Hello ,
Ive recently purchased a lovely B&O Vintage Beomaster 900 Cabinet. In 1968 it cost the princely sum of £268. It was bought as seen and the cable has been cut right to the back of the cabinet so I am not sure it works. I live in Bracknell and would like to find someone local who can check it over and help with the restoration. I'm hoping with a new cable it works ! if not plan B! TIA MD
