Re: BVWS Auction Results
I notice that lot No 224 813 valves, Feb RWB 2019 is not shown.
Would that be because it didn’t sell. Jim |

Re: BVWS Auction Results
My experience from previous auctions is that unsold lots are not included.

Re: BVWS Auction Results
Yes, unsold lots are not included in the auction results. I do not remember the specific lot but most likely it failed to reach the reserve.
If you are interested in the item you could contact Mike and find out whether it is still available, and if so make an offer. Unsold items are sometimes sold after the auction, and these won't appear in the auction results. |

Re: BVWS Auction Results
It would appear from the auction results that prices are creeping up again, as is often the case during times of relative economic certainty. I judge this, however, solely on the basis of looking at the results for the Bakelite Ekcos, my long-time area of special interest. But then, as ever, a bargain or two seems to have slipped through. Must try and make it to RWB sometime. In the meantime I've got an Australian green AD65 (one of Deleyeme7777's) to collect from the other end of the country.
Regards, Richard |

Re: BVWS Auction Results
The auction results do not give any indication of the condition of the lots. Some of the "bargains" could be cracked, incomplete or have other issue that make them undesirable.
Also the Special Auction events tend to have the better quality lots so prices there could be higher for that reason. |
