Default I just got this but I don't know what it is.

It looks like German military think but I'm not sure.
I can see it is a68 and serial number is German. That's all I know.
I really want to know what this is.
Please help me!

ore information in your post would help. what is the valve type, are there any markings on the front panel banana sockets etc? My guess would be some sort of rack mounted power supply with voltage test points

Difficult to say, not many clues, not even a recognised abbreviation of purpose anywhere beyond manufacturer in-house code and inevitably swayed by onlooker background bias- but I wondered if it was some form of audio/LF equaliser or line send/receive module from say telecoms or broadcast practice. The black rectangular thing might be a relay, an LF balun/impedance changer, an equaliser coil.... Definitely an expensive, professional installation sort of thing originally.

Any background on what it was from?

The connector looks like an old V35 interface.

1950s or 60s with those resistors.
