Hi all.
Just thought I would let the forum know that I ordered 2 Auroras 2 weeks ago. They are now in the UK but the cost for me to get them delivered including VAT,handling fee, etc is £70.44!! Just thought I would let you all know that you can get stung!! I only have a limited time to pay or they will be returned to sender! ![]() I have been lucky in the past, (I have ordered a few) but I thought I would bring it to you attention. I also wondered how other members have got on with regard to this matter? Regards to all Rob Ps Thanks Darryl for a prompt dispatch. ![]() |

This has been extensively discussed. I think the worst case for an Aurora was almost £40. £25 to £35 is common. We all resent paying those charges but it's still good value!
The only way you'll avoid charges is to pick one up when visiting the US. Then bring it back in your bag and hope that HM Customs don't search you and make a fuss. |
