It's a bridge rectifier, either copper oxide or Selenium.
Low current and voltage rating, probably a few tens of milliamps at less than 100V. Made by Standard Telephones and Cables (STC) in the UK. SenTerCel was their trademark for such things.

Those types could be configured as 1/2 wave, full wave bi-phase, voltage doubler or full wave bridge, hence the five connection tags.
