Low power design in our opinion would be classed as less than 1 watt for video use. Range is dependent on antenna gain, and is outside of this discussion.
Being as the activity of on air broadcasting with out a license is illegal, this discussion is only being allowed because the application at no time mentions the idea of broadcasting to the masses. Neither the moderators or forum admin will offer any further explanation - your post was relating to generation of tens of watts, and thus outside of forum rules. This matter is now closed. Sean
